The present work compiles the various dimensions of xenobiotics stress and their impact on fish immune system. And if anything affects the immunity of host ultimately invites the pathogens for infection. In this book, all possible impacts of anthropogenic activities on physiology of host and their sum effect on immune system has been derived. In this context, liver physiology has also been explored as it is production center for acute phase proteins which are responsible for humoral innate immunity of fishes.ABOUT THE AUTHORAlok Tripathi, (Ph. D) He started his career as a research fellow in ICAR-Project in 1999, and is presently working as Director (Academics), Ram Murti Smarak Foundation, Allahabad. Dr. Tripathi is having experience of more than a decade in both academics as well as research in the field of immunology and in particular, immunology of fish. He has taught students at various levels and has been a very keen researcher in the field of immunology. His interest in research and hard work is reflected in his authorship.
